Hot pavement on asphalt black

Walkin the line...white

Cool toes warm

Flip flops flap broken strap

Tennis shoes , worn thin

High Heels incite unsuspecting men

Time Flys

Its all these thoughts

Its all these memories of futures past

Its today's tomorrow,

Its tomorrows yesterday

I am reminded of that moment

I am reminded of dreams once

causing sweat and fright

I am reminded of youth
a marvelous fantasy filled place

as now all seems fast forwarded
in a quickening pace
